BCC is the most common of the three types of skin cancer. It occurs when the Basal cells(round cells in the outer layers of the skin) become cancerous. this cancer seldom spreads to other parts of the body. BCC has been linked to sun exposure, especially when the exposure leads to sunburn or blistering.
