The official language in Hungary is Hungarian. It is written with Latin, German, Slavic, and Turkish words.

 The Ancient Hungarian Runic language almost didn't survive. In the mid - fifteenth century King Hunyadi Matthian had his scholars work hard to preserve Runic writings that were found. The Runic language is written right to left top to bottom.

 The largest ethnic group in Hungary is Magyar. Magyar comes from an old word meaning "TenArrows" probably meaning ten tribes.
