Mission : Endangered Species

Birds

    There are also many endangered species of birds. They are endangered for many of the same reasons as other life. Many birds have lost habitat when forests sre cleared or marshes drained. Others have been affected by the use of pesticides. Some have even been hunted into extinction, like the Passenger Pigeon.

    Here are two endangered birds that are part of our mission.
