    The Fossa lives in Madagascar. They are good hunters, climbers, and runners. Like cats, their claws retract. Fossas eat lemurs, large birds, frogs, lizards, and even insects ! A Fossa hunts at night.

    Humans cut down the forests they live in and hunt them, which is why they are endangered.
