Who Are Some Famous Archaeologists?

There are many famous archaeologists throughout the world. Here are a couple that we decided to teach you about. There is an archaeologist that is working with college groups named Dr. Scott Carroll. There are others that dig for a certain part of an object, such as archaeologist Maryam Ayad. Pope Shenouda is president of one of the groups of archaeologists that are working to find things like mummies in Egypt.

In my opinion, being an archaeologist like Dr. Scott Carroll, and teaching others to find artifacts is not as easy as you might think it is. Becoming an archaeologist like Dr. Carroll needs a lot of experience and knowledge for finding things.

Now, I will tell you what this archaeologist does: Dr. Carroll digs for long ago artifacts with his students. He teaches them to dig in places where humans have lived and left their garbage. As some people say: One man's trash is another man's treasure. This saying is what archaeologists do all the time.
