The technical team is the main team of your broadcast.  This is the team that records the broadcast on tape.   If you don't have this team you WILL NOT be able to tape. This is just about the first thing you need to gather or you WILL NOT be able to record your broadcast.  So here are the technical jobs and some information on them.
