Buying Supplies
When you are buying supplies for your chameleon, you have to look for good quality items and not the things that are bad quality (which are copying the good quality products). Money should not be a problem when caring for a chameleon, it can be a very expensive responsibility. When you are looking for wood, you should look for plastic wrapped parasite free. You can put mostly anything in a chameleons, cage if it is parasite free. When you buy a UVB and UVA light, be sure it has the required amount of UVB and UVA in the light for your species of chameleon. If you get a heat lamp it should be high quality with a strong fixture dome that keeps the heat lamp about an inch or so from the top of the cage.
