Range:

The Flap-Necked Chameleon lives in Tanzania.

Captive Care:

The Flap-Necked Chameleon should be kept at a temperature of about 50*F in the night and about 85*F in the day.

Description:

The Male and female of this species look alike but there is one way to tell them apart. The male has ankle spurs that are small.

Breeding:

The females lay 20 to 30 eggs at a time. She lays these eggs after a gestation period of a month or two.
