Choosing A Proper Vet
As a chameleon owner you have to care for your chameleons health. When doing this, you must choose a vet to send your chameleon to when it becomes ill or has complications. The vet you choose needs to specialize in reptiles or even more specialized, chameleons. You will not want to choose a vet thet has a cool name but the one with the best service and knowledge. Also you don't want to pick a vet that is good with parrots or dogs, it needs to be specialize in your type herp. You may want to call the vet or visit them to see if they specialize in what they clam before sending your chameleon there. If it is somthing VERY IMPORTANT like surgery, make sure they have the knowledge and experience of performing this operation.
