Roman Candles
Roman candles are long tubes that shoot a series of flaming stars into the air. The stars are not really stars they are just compacted balls of chemicals. inside the tube the stars are packed up one on top of the other. Inbetween each one of the stars is a very thin layer of gun powder so when the gun powder ignites it shoots the uppermost star into the air and shoots it repeatedly. |
