Warp Speed
Warp drive, in princapal is scientifically impossible. Even if it was possible the speeds would cause so many G-forces that the body couldn't stand the pressure of the extreme speeds. The warp speeds are so great that you would die in a few minutes. The energy needs to just stay in warp for a few seconds it would take a tremendous amount of energy which is far more than we can or could muster.
