· For a long trip, you should check on the dog every 2-3 hours.

· You can lure your dog into the car by putting a treat in the front seat.
 
WARNING:
Many dog do not like to travel, and some will get carsick and throw up. If this happens, immediately stop at a rest stop or gas station. Use a wet rag to clean out the kennel.
