The space age began skyrocketing in 1957 after Sputnik, the Russian satellite was launched and had earned the right to call it the first working satellite. At Sputnik's awesome results Russia came out with new satellites and space stations with 2-3 Cosmonauts at one time.Those include Vostok a space capsule ,Voskhod 2, Soyuz 19 which docked with Apollo spacecraft, Salyut which was launched with the young proton rockets, MIR which was launched on February 20, 1986 . And now with the up-coming international space station it will top off the millennium.
