Tigers are amazing predatory cats. The are the biggest of the cat family the hunt their prey by using stealth tactics, their environment is perfect for this because there are many places to hide in the jungles of Asia. Few animals have a talent such as the Tigers to disappear and re appear like the tiger.

 

 

Many cats try to avoid water as much as possible but not the tiger! Tigers wallow in the swampy areas of the jungle unlike other domestic cats trying to give a tiger a bath would be like taking candy from a baby!

 

The tiger’s stripes although quite weird looking out of its own habitat is perfect for the elephant grasses and under growth it uses to hide itself from its opponents.

                                                                           

Tigers eat Barking deer, sambar, elk, chital, swamp deer, red deer, rusa deer, wild pigs and bison. Sometimes tigers take on the challenge of larger prey like Rhinos and Elephant calves or maybe a little moose or water buffalo on the side.

                                                                              

                                                                       

Tigers hunt by stalking their prey using their camouflage to get close enough then when the time is right.. BOOM!!!! The tiger explodes out of nowhere right on top of there prey.
