After Desert Storm the Iraq signed a treaty. In this treaty it stated that they must let UN weapons inspectors in. These inspectors would make sure that they didn't have any biological, chemical or any other types of illegal weapons available. But lately our inspectors have been refused. Saddam Hussien says that he won't let anyone into his so called "private places." Now we have demanded that they let them into these places, but they still refuse. So we launched cruise missiles at them. Also they have been seen flying their planes in the no fly zones. We had to fire on their planes for that. The list just keeps going and they won't stop challenging us. So we keep attacking them and they just don't seem to learn their lesson.
Many leaders, including Saddam Hussein beleive that they always have to be correct. And that they are never wrong. Saddam, is just doesn't have enough strength to admit he is wrong.
