The only spacecraft that has visited Uranus is Voyager 2. When it was there it
discovered 10 small moons, adding on to the five larger ones that were already discovered.
Then 11 years later Gladman discovered two new planets. Unlike most planets, Uranus
rotates from top to bottom. Opposite from all of the other planets.
Uranus is blue because it has a surface of methane. The methane takes away the red of the planet. If there wasn't any methane, Uranus would be purple!
There is known to be 11 rings circling Uranus. They are so faint that you cannot see them in many photos.
