Patterns

GREAT, you got it! This is a famous pattern called Fibonacci Numbers. If you don't know what they are, this section can tell you what they are. First, you start with two 1's. Then you add those which equal 2. Then your Fibonacci numbers are 1,1,2.

Then you keep adding the new number by the previous number. So 2+1=3. Then 3+2=5. Then 5+3=8. So now you have 1,1,2,3,5,and 8. The numbers, as you probably predicted, will get pretty high and go on forever. Here is the 500th Fibonacci number:

139,423,224,561,697,880,139,724,382,

870,407,283,950,070,256,587,697,307,

264,108,962,948,325,571,622,

863,290,691,557,658,876,222,

521,294,125!!! This number is more than a googol!

There are some prime numbers from the 1st Fibonacci number to the 500th. Here they are:(these are the numbers of the Fibonacci numbers)
