Cheesy Serving Facts

1. Natural cheeses taste best when served at room temperature.

2. Moving a cheese in and out of the refrigerator takes away moisture and hastens spoilage. If you can't eat it all at once, cut off only what you can eat and leave the rest tightly wrapped in the fridge.

3. Before serving, cut off any moldy surface. It isn't harmful but...... would you eat it?

4. Don't cook cheese on high heat. Low should be enough.

5. Avoid long cooking periods.

6. Shred, cube or dice cheese to help the cheese melt evenly.

7. Add cheese at the end of baking in casseroles. It will taste better.

8. When microwaving, use 30% to 70% full power.
