Pita Pocket Pizzas

(Makes 4)

- two pieces of round pita bread (whole-wheat is great)
- 8 spoonfuls from a jar of spaghetti sauce
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, and other favorite toppings
- paper plate

Cut each round of pita bread in half and open each pocket. Fold each cheese slice in half. Stuff 2 slices of cheese into each bread pocket. Put 2 spoonfuls of spaghetti sauce into each bread pocket on the cheese. Add your favorite toppings (pepperoni, chopped onions, mushrooms) into the pocket. Place the filled pockets on the paper plate. Ask a grown-up to microwave them on medium for 1 to 2 minutes or just until the cheese is melted.
