Irish Fling

1. This is an 8 step skill.

2. With the first turn of the rope land on one foot and tap the other foot out to the side.

3. With the second turn of the rope land on the same foot and tap the other foot out in front of your body but slightly out to the side.

4. With the third turn of the rope land on the same foot and tap the other foot out in front of your body.

5. With the fourth turn of the rope land on the same foot and bend the other leg so your ankle is in front of your knee.

6. The next four steps you do the same thing on the other side.
