Anna

Hi, my name is Anna.  I wrote my part of the Web Site on the Modern Wonders of the World.  It was very fun to do this, plus I got to work with my friends.  I thought this was fun because I got to study things that not many people know about.  I didn`t know about very many of them.  I hope that you enjoy reading this Web Site as much as I enjoyed making it.

Holly

Hi, my name is Holly, and I thoroughly enjoyed doing the Natural Wonders of the World with Megan.  I chose the Sahara Desert as one of the things I wrote about because it is the largest desert in the world.  I also chose Angel Falls on account of it being the highest waterfall in the world.  I chose Ayers Rock too, because I didn`t know anything about it.

Kacy

Although the youngest member of our team, I chose to research the Ancient Wonders.  I volunteered to research the Ancient Wonders because I wanted to learn more about ancient history.  The learning and fun I had working on this project was worth the effort.  Our team chose the topic because we thought it would be both fun and challenging.  This was an awesome project.  We hope you enjoy visiting our Web Site as much as we enjoyed building it.

Laura

Hi!  My name is Laura and I'm 11 years old.  I chose the Middle Aged Wonders because I think it is interesting how the Great Wall of China goes for miles and miles and now it is visible from space.  I also chose these wonders because I wanted to find out why the Leaning tower of Pisa leans; what Stonehenge was used for; how the Catacombs of Alexandria were built; how tall the Porcelain Tower of Nanking was; and how many spectators fit into the Colosseum of Rome.  Also why they made the Hagia Sophia in the shape of a dome.  With this research, I now know the answers.  Read it and you will too!

Megan

Hi, I`m Megan.  I am 11 years old.  I worked on the Natural Wonders with Holly.  I enjoyed the Wonderful Wonders of the World.  I think it is a great topic, because it is very broad and exciting.  I like the Natural Wonders best because they are very beautiful.  My favorite one was the Great Barrier Reef, because it is so amazing.  I never thought stuff like that could really happen, but it did.  I hope you enjoy the Wonderful Wonders of the World.
