| The Amazon Rain Forest is a very important resource for the world. It has lots of fresh water and provides home for many animals. It has a great amount of oxygen, which helps us a lot because we all need oxygen to live. If all the trees were burnt down and destroyed then we would lose some of the oxygen that we have now. This might have an effect later in our lives or even our children. However, it is being destroyed by the second and could be gone in 20-30 years. If we do not try to save it, there will be a body of water and clear land. If people destroy it many animals that only live in the Amazon Rain Forest might come close to extinction. The river might stay, but the people in the Amazon tribe with all the women will be gone too. It has a great river, many animals and plants, and other interesting sights to see. It is very large, and stretches into nine countries, but it is mostly in Brazil. |
