| In this team
we have Bridget J, Quane R, Whitney R, Erin R, and Robert H.
We are 5th grade students at South Guam Elementary School. We started
our project by thinking of the topic we wanted to study. Then we
wrote down pages and activities that we would need in our project.
After that we researched for some animals that were endangered.
Then we made a working web out of index cards. Before we went home some days, we would give assignments to the group. We did research on the animals. We drew pictures of the animals. Some days our assignments were things to draw or research or even some days it was both. After we finished our first papers and drawings we made a final web on big, white butcher paper. We set color codes to show what we still needed to draw or research. We checked off what we had already finished. Then we did the typing up all of our information. Mrs. Ayres helped us set up a template for our project, and we started making our pages. We finished drawing and scanning pictures and putting them on the pages. We also made headings for every page using a program from the Internet. After we were done with our pages we added links on to them. When we were working we showed Mr. Hall, our principal, all the pages we had done so far. He said that they were very good. We worked very, very hard. We would have never gotten this project done if it was not for many people that helped us. Mrs. Bradford, Sinora Anderson, Ms Walter, Mrs. Kraus, and Ms. Slater helped us a lot. Mrs. Ayres was extremely helpful. She kept encouraging us to get this all done. She helped us set this up. Through our whole project, she helped us. Well, thank you so much for helping us. |
