Sports I Do
Skiing
I took skiing lessons at Kelly Canyon. My
first hill was the bunny hill. But after I got good at turning, I
was able to go on "Skier's Lane." The first time I went on the ski
lift, it was kind of scary, but I got used to it. The last day of
ski school, Jordan begged me to go on a higher ski lift. I went on
the lift. I went got off and went back to "Skier's Lane." It
was very fun. I want to go next year.

Jump roping
I am a member-in-training of the "Jumpin' Jazz"
jump roping team. We meet every Monday. I am in the second
level. You have to pass off first level to be in second level.
I hope to be on the team next year. If you've passed off second level,
you get to go to Boise to perform. I'm not doing that. I haven't
passed off that much on second level, yet.

Canoeing
About every summer my family goes canoeing .
My grandma and grandpa usually are there, so they go with us . When
I was little, I would be scared because I would think that the canoe would
tip over and we would all fall in. My grandpa carves canoes. I love canoeing
with my family.

Swimming
Last summer, I took swimming lessons at the Sports
and Fitness Racketball Club. Two summers ago, I took lessons at Ricks College,
but I didn't like it because the pool was too deep. My sister was in the
same class as me. At the Sports and Fitness Racketball Club, I was the
oldest in my class. My teacher was very nice. Also my cousin, Blake, was
in my class. I learned how to swim pretty well. Next year I will be in
the deeper part of the pool. I like to swim at Green Canyon and the Sports
and Fitness Racketball Club. I love to swim.
