Vacations     My first trip was to California to Disneyland. We went on a lot of rides.  We saw dophins shows, whale shows and seal shows.  Then we went to Toon Town. There was a zipline, big slides, and a room full of plastic balls.  It was so deep that you could hardly see my head.  Then we went to our hotel and to the beach the next day.  We had a picnic.  Then we went on a whale show on a boat.

    My next trip was to Portland, Oregon to see my uncle.  He lived in a big house.  The back yard was a forest.  We saw a lot of slugs. My sister and I tried to pick them up and throw them with spoons.  We saw a big, fat, slimy one.  Ooh! How gross! Sydney and I slept in a big room. The next morning we had breakfast. My mom and sisters went to the store to buy beach towels and stuff to take to the beach. Then we went to a cheese factory that showed us how to make cheese.  We bought souvenirs. Then we headed for the beach.  The drive took five hours it seemed. We went to the Portland Temple and then back to my uncle's house to go to bed.  That night my brother and sister went to a Rocky's baseball game.  We ate a lot of food.  We spent the Fourth of July with my uncle. We went to a big park and watched big fireworks.  My favorite ones were the stars.  That night we had to go home and sleep in a small car.  I got to sleep in my grandmas car.
