Like All Amphibians the poison arrow frog have to stay moist to stay alive.The red and blue poison arrow frog lives mostly in Costa Rican rainforests.The constantly steamy,wet enviroment makes it so that the red and blue poison arrow frog dosent have to have streams and pools.The poison arrow frog rarely stays still.

Defences

Some frogs protect themselves from larger predators by secreting mild poisons from the skin so if a predator wants to eat them the poison arrow frog will taste very foul.A predator will die write away from swalloing the poison arrow frog,and just by licking the poison arrow frog can often prove deadly.The poison from the poison arrow frog is known to be the moist deadliest poisons known to man.As little as two micrograms of its poison can kill an adault human man,and each frog holds about two hundred micrograms of poison which could kill one hundred humans.
