The Humpback Whale by Zachary

The humpback whale lives in all the oceans in the world.   They eat krill, squid, and fish.  Their life span is from 8 to more than 80 years.  The International Whaling Commission has banned people from killing humpbacks all over the world.

Bison by Zachary

Bison are from 5 to 6 1/2 feet tall and weigh between 930-2,200 pounds.  They live in prairies, plains, forests, and woodlands.  They eat grasses, herbs, leaves, shrubs, and twigs.  Bison live to be 12 to 15 years old, but and endangered by the killing of bison through the years and their shrinking habitat.  They are now protected by laws and people are breeding them in captivity.
