FREEMAN'S FARM

The British soldiers stopped at Freeman's Farm (New York) while they were marching. The Americans were near the British and kept a close watch on them. Toward the middle of the day, the American's hidden rifles shot at General Burgoyne and his men. In the shooting, the British had 600 men either killed, wounded, or captured.
