Rocks That Have the Magic of Crystal Balls!

Geological science teaches us that crystals are substances with molecules that are arranged in regular repeating patterns. Most minerals have regular crystal arrangements. The arrangements determine how a mineral looks on the outside. For example, quartz is classified as a "hexagonal" crystal. The other classification are: Triclinic, monoclinic, orthorhombic, tetragonal and cubic.
