NIKUJAGA
   1. Peel potatoes, cut into halves and soak in water. Peel  carrots and cut into large circles. Slice an onion into rings.

2. When using sliced sirloin cut into squares and put in sake.

3. Place in the soup stock and seasoning in a pot and bring it to a boil.

4. Place all the vegetables in with the meat and heat until hot.

5. Enjoy
