Pet Tricks
We whipped up a few tricks to teach your dog. Don't worry we've got some tricks for kitty, too! The number one thing to remember is to have patience with your animal. Have fun and good luck!

        Potty train Kitty:

All right so your cat uses the litter box to do his "Business." Well, we've got some ways to potty train kitty, I mean use the toilet.  I'm not so sure how to teach kitty to flush though.
What you need to get kitty to be potty trained:
            • duck tape
            • a pie pan
            • a tall book
            • kitty litter

First, you need to get a pie pan full of kitty litter. Place the pie pan on a toilet seat pad. Then put two books underneath the pie pan. When Kitty is ready to use the bathroom set him in the pie pan, and shut the door so he has to go in the pie pan.
When kitty gets use to using the pie pan  put an extra book underneath the pie pan so that it is the height of the toilet seat. Gradually he will get used to being the height of the seat.
Then take the pie pan away. Then kitty will be able to straddle the toilet seat.

          Teach Doggy to Behave Properly:

          What you will need
            • a plate of your dog's favorite treat
            • a leash and a collar

Let's begin. First, place the plate full of cookies on the floor. Have someone hold your dog in another room. Lead the
dog into the room. When he runs for the cookies jerk on the
leash and say "No sir" very sharply and repeat the procedure  over until it learns to not eat cookies or
things off the floor. While you may be thinking that you've just taught him to not eat things off the floor you've also taught doggy the command "No sir."

          Shutting Doors
Have you ever wanted your dog to shut the door when you're sick or just don't feel like getting up to shut the door?  You have to be very patient with this trick. First take your dog's nose and show it to the door. Take its nose  and push it  against the door. When he does the trick give them a treat. Do this over and over and pretty soon they will be shutting doors.

          Flip the Light Switch

You need to teach your dog to put his paws on the wall. To do this you should tap on the wall and say, " Up boy/girl." When it jumps on the wall take its paw and take it over to the light switch so that it turns off.  Tell doggy the command, "Flip the switch". Give a treat to doggy and tell it "Good dog."  Do this over and over until your dog learns to flip the switch. When you're in bed and don't want to get up just say name Flip the switch.
