Note from the Teachers Ropesville is a small town in the Panhandle of Texas near Lubbock. A little less than 500 people live here. Our school holds Pre-K all the way to 12th grade. We try to live up to our motto, which is PRIDE: People Reaching Individual Daily Excellence. This is one reason why we have entered these students into the Thinkquest Junior contest. You may visit their site for more information on this contest. Out of the 15 fourth graders and 23 fifth graders in our school, we chose five to write and design this site. Kasey, who is very spirited and energetic, Laura, who is always cheerful, and Morgan, a serious and intelligent young lady, are in the fourth grade. Cassie, a leader amongst her peers, and Jordan, whose mind is constantly trying to find exceptions to every academic rule, are in the fifth. These outstanding students have worked long and hard, and we thank them for their work.
