Ever wonder why kids are better than adults at video games?
It turns out that there are two types of intelligence. One type is called Fluid Intelligence, which is how fast and precisely your brain can learn new information and solve problems. The second type of intelligence is called Crystallized Intelligence, which is all of your accumulated knowledge. Kids have more of the Fluid Intelligence because it begins to decrease after you hit the age of thirty, and adults have more of the Crystallized Intelligence because they have been around longer than children. So, that explains why kids are better at video games.
