Use Of Space

1. Schools buildings must be less than 30,000 square feet.

2. There is a minimum of 10 feet between homes.

3. Power plants must be under 40,000 square feet.

4. In commercial areas, parking stalls can't be bigger than 7'x15'.

5. Private homes can't be taller than 3 stories high.

6. Land must be zoned industrial, commercial, residential, agricultural and preserve. There will be no more than 4 industrial areas in the city.

7. Power plants are built underground.

8. Zoos must be able to separate commercial and residential areas.

9. The minimum park size is 5 standard lots across and 3 standard lots wide.

10. Police and fire stations should be spread around the city so they can be convenient to all areas.

11. Commercial/Industrial/Multi-residential buildings must be less than 30 stories high.
