Fireflies
Did you know that
fireflies are not flies at all? They're beetles. And, they are also bioluminescent. They have special chemicals on the
tips of their bellies that glow at night. Male & female fireflies use these lights to
tell each other where they are. Chasing fireflies at night is fun.
