Test your finger muscles by competing with a friend. First, lock your index finger together with your frineds. Both of you should rest your arms on a table. The first to let go has the weakest finger muscles.

Hold one arm straight out in front of you. Open and close your fist as fast as you can. Count the number of fist closures in 30 seconds. Rest your arm 15 seconds then repeat for another 30 seconds. Find the difference between the firsst time and the second time.
