Toads and Frogs Title
Toad Drawing" Tot" is the name for toads and frogs in Chamoru. Frogs and toads are amphibians.  They live some of their lives in water and some on land.  These toads and frogs lay jelly like eggs.  When they lay their eggs, they lay them in fresh water.  There are only a few species of toads on Guam such as the Mud toad, Marine toad, and the Guamanian Bull toad.  Toads produce a thick white milky substance.  They have a milky substance on their skin which is poisonous and keeps animals like cats and dogs from eating them. They reach to five inches in body length and width.   There is more than one species of frogs and they are the  Eastern Dwarf Tree Frogs, tree frogs, and house frogs. Toad Habitat
