Dazzlin' Drums

Supplies:

  1. Gold cord & tassels

  2. Colored plastic tape

  3. 2 metal tins - (1 end open)

  4. 1 sheet blue sponge cloth

  5. Contact paper

  6. Red balloon

 

 

Cut contact paper to fit the outside of the tins.

Remove paper backing and apply to tins.

Decorate tins with colored plastic tape.

 

 

Cut out circle of blue sponge cloth 1/2" larger

than 1 of the tins.

Secure to top of the tin with tape, making small

cuts around the outside edge so the foam

will bend over the tin.

Secure tassels to tin to decorate.

 

 

Remove neck of balloon.

Stretch body of balloon over tin.

Secure balloon to tin with tape.
