Erika: When did you start diving?
Tom: 1989

Florencia:   Where has been the most,  interesting place that you have dived? Why?Fins
Tom: Cuba , because there's a lot more marine life.

Erika: Can you name some excellent dive spots around Guam ?
Tom: Hap's reef, Coco's island, American tanker, and Tokai Maru.

Florencia: What types of creatures do you see underwater?
Tom: Fish, shells, rays, sharks, a lot of sea cucumbers, and sea urchins.

Erika: How big was the biggest fish you ever saw?Unicorn Fish
Tom: 9 ft. blacktip shark 400-500 pounds.

Florencia: Have you ever dived at the Marianas Trench?
Tom: No

Erika: How deep have you dived?
Tom: 210 ft. decompression dive.

Florencia: What types of weapons do you use?
Tom: pneumatic spear gun.

Erika: Do you go spear fishing?Dive Wheel
Tom: Yes I do.

Florencia: Who goes diving with you? Scuba Tank
Tom: Friends that are certified.

Erika: Is it safe to dive alone?
Tom: No

Florencia: What do you see underwater besides fish?
Tom:  I see  shells, corals, sand, cucumbers, and turtles.

Erika: How much air do you need for a half hour dive?Dive Computer
Tom: 1800 psi of air for going 60 feet under water.

Florencia: How clear is the water?
Tom: You can see to 100 feet.

Erika: What kind of coral do you see?
Tom: Some kinds of coral are brain, plate, and fan coral.

Florencia: How do you prepare for a dive?
Tom: Check all the gear, make sure they are in condition to dive, and check your buddy then you go in.

Erika: How old do you have to be to dive?
Tom: 12.

Florencia: Where do you mostly dive?
Tom: Apra Harbor.

Erika: What types of dives do you do?
Tom: I mostly do night dives because the shells are nocturnal.Conch ShellCone Shell
