Imagine if you will, that you are walking down the streets. There are carts with vegetables on you left and on your right are carts of fruits and up front are little stand of fish balls for your eating. That was an image of what the open markets in China are like. You would walk up and down the streets and see little carts of food and vegetables and fried foods on the sidewalks. Of course you will see shops and stores, but for the people that can not own a building will have a little cart and display vegetables and fruits and stuff like that. Some people will rent a little place in a building and sell their stuff, if they have a bit more money. You will find everything on the streets of China!
