Zack is innocent because he is only 16, and he did not pass the test to get a driver's licence. So he cannot drive a motorcycle and could not have nabbed the keys off the old woman. Plus, wearing an embarrassing costume might get him laughed at. He is always greedy for everything, so he was a good guess for the criminal.
Aries is guilty of this crime because she is old enough to drive a motorcycle. She is not afraid of the dark. Even though she is color blind, she is still able to snatch the key through luck. Blue is an easy color to identify from other colors. The color on the key was shiny blue. She cannot tell dark colors apart. The shiny blue color on the key made it easy for her to steal it.
