We took this picture on the ferry heading
towards the statue. It was a foggy, cold, rainy day. This
could have been what the statue looked like to the
immigrants arriving in America in the early
1900's.

We took this picture of Ellis Island after
visiting the Statue of Liberty. This is where the immigrants
