A graph
is a picture that shows number information about a certain topic.
There are
four different kinds of graphs:
Pie
Graphs
Pie Graphs
are usually called circle graphs or pie charts by cutting a circle into
pieces. The different parts show the different proportions, amounts,
and sizes.
Picto
Graphs
A way of
displaying data using pictures called icons to make a graph. You
use picto graphs in a small space to show data. They show data like bar
graphs. They use icons, but they included definitions of the icons, and
keys.
Bar
Graphs
People
use bar graphs to compare data. They can be made simple or complicated.
To make make a complicated bar graph add data to a simple one.
