Do you know anything on vine snakes? Well if you don't, I'll tell you everything
you need to know.
Let's start with what they look like. A vine snake is a reptile it is about
1.5-2 meters. They snack on birds. A vine snake is a remarkably slender
snake. It is almost the skinniest snake in the world.
They lie amid the branches of forest trees, and are almost indistinguishable
from the abundant creepers and vines. The vine snake's head is the same
size as its body, which means its head was very tiny.
They have sharp rear fangs with mild venom. They are slow moving predators,
but in the morning they are very active and at night they snack mainly
on birds and lizards.
How do they get the young birds? Well, since they're good climbers, they
go into the nest when their parents aren't around and eat.
Do you now what the vine snakes do when they are in danger? Well, if you
don't know, listen carefully. They puff up the front of their body and
release vivid coloration usually hidden under their scales. After that
they open their mouths real wide. If the snake is afraid of their predator,
they will swing side to side like the wind blowing a broken branch.
