The Camargue Horse is one of Europe's

Habitat and Habits
-This wild horse is found only on the watery plains and salt marshes of
southeastern France.
-Adapted well to the cold winters and hot summers there. |

Food and Feeding
-This horses feeds on leafy matter.
-It is a herbivore.
-The horses behavior depends on the food is available.
-If there is little
food the horse might spend up to 22 hours a day grazing.
-If there is plenty of
food they will only graze at dusk and dawn. |

the wild black bulls that live on the plains.
