The Trunk Stretch

Trunk 1
Stand with feet shoulder width apart.

Trunk 2
Reach your left arm overhead while the right hand reaches underneath. Bend to the right reaching overhead to the right with your left hand while the right hand reaches to the left underneath.

Trunk 3
Reverse and repeat.
