The Shoulder Stretch

Shoulder 1
Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Raise your right arm overhead and stretch upward while your left arm reaches under and behind.

Shoulder 2
Reach down with your right hand to meet your left hand. Try to interlock the fingers.
Reverse and repeat.
