Around the Track and
Back
The Quadriceps Stretch
Stand on your left leg.
Reach back and hold your right foot behind you with your left hand. Balance
against a wall with your free hand.
Pull gently upward on your right foot. Stretch the thigh not the knee.
Reverse and repeat.
