Neck Stretches

Neck 1a
Grasp the back of your head with your right hand.

Nick 1b
Pull your head forward and to the right (only go as far as you can, no need to go as far as shown above).
Repeat with your left hand.

Neck 2a
Interlace your fingers behind your head.

Neck 2b
Gently pull your head forward and down toward your chest muscles.
