Discus

Have you ever wanted to know how to Discus? First you have to master the swinging action. Try throwing when your turning. Make sure you start from the back of the circle. Your legs most be bent and slightly apart. With your arms wide.

Place your weight onto the foot opposite of your throwing arm. Pivot around on this foot.Swing your body around and land on your other foot. As you spin to the back of the circle for the second time, start to stairghten your body and put your throwing arm forward in a wide, swinging action. Release the discus and bring your right arm across your body and your right foot forward to stop you from you falling over.
